The Technology Help Desk is available to all FHISD staff and Parent/Legal Guardian of a FHISD student. If you are a FHISD staff member or student, and in need of immediate technical support, please call our Help Desk directly at (915) 769-1613 between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM on normal school days. Our technical staff will work to provide a solution as quickly as possible. If you need to submit a service request ( for example: if you need to have a new printer setup or you need a new software application installed), please email us through our district support email (information below).

Email Help Desk
Why submit your request online? The Email Help Desk system is a resource that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for those that want to submit a help request. When you submit your request via email, it is routed to the person responsible for supporting your issue at your location. Emails are sent to support staff so they are alerted as soon as possible during normal business hours.
What kind of support is provided? Through the Email Help Desk, you can request support for Technology Services (computers, printers, software, network issues, new purchases, email, accounts, etc.)
