Principal

Mr. Fraire has been an educator in the public school system for 28 years. He earned his B.S. in Mathematics, with a concentration in Business, from the University of Notre Dame in 1995. In 2003, he completed his M.Ed. in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies at the University of Texas at Arlington.

He is an El Paso native who enjoys spending time with his wife, Franchesca, his three children: Thomas (25), Mary Faith (21), & Jonah (16), and his 3 dogs Willow (Black Lab) and Buttercup (Great Pyrenees Golden Retriever Mix), and Margaux Noelle (Golden Retriever). In his free time, he enjoys Notre Dame Football, running, golf, and good food.
